1. Who we are and how to contact us

PressRun is operated by GULI Shots LTD, trading as PressRun, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our full registered office address is available on request.

PressRun is a web application (software as a service). There is nothing to download; you need a modern browser and an internet connection.

2. The Service

PressRun helps you create poster artwork with AI image models, mock it up in room scenes, draft Etsy listings, and route paid orders to a third-party print partner for printing and shipping. We provide tools; we do not guarantee any commercial result.

2.1 Third-party platforms (Etsy, Gelato and others)

PressRun is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Etsy, Inc. or Gelato. Your Etsy shop, its listings and its standing are your responsibility, and you must follow each platform’s own terms and policies. Integrations depend on third-party APIs that can change or stop working without notice, and are provided “as is”.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service or others at risk.

4. Plans, credits and pricing

4.1 Plans

We offer a free trial and paid subscription plans that include a number of credits each billing cycle. Current plans, prices and included credits are shown on our pricing page.

4.2 Credits

• Generating an image uses credits. The number of credits depends on the image model you choose.
• Room mockups and uploading your own artwork do not use credits.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance.
• Included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value and are non-refundable. Trial credits are granted once.

4.3 Billing and renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4.4 Print orders

When a customer buys one of your products, the order is fulfilled by our print partner. Print and shipping costs, production times and delivery are set by that partner and may change. You set your own retail prices on Etsy and are responsible for your shop’s customer service, returns policy and any taxes due on your sales.

5. Availability, maintenance and beta features

We aim to keep PressRun available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance or make changes that cause downtime. Features marked beta or preview are provided for evaluation and you use them at your own risk.

6. Your responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of Etsy and any other platform you connect.
• Do not create or sell content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading.
• Do not try to bypass usage limits, scrape the Service or access it by automated means we have not approved.
• Keep your billing and account information accurate and up to date.

7. Content, intellectual property and licence to outputs

• You keep ownership of the prompts, images and other material you provide (“Inputs”) and grant us the rights needed to run the Service with them.
• Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the images and listings the Service generates for you (“Outputs”), including commercially. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to any rights we hold in Outputs.
• AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble existing works. You are responsible for checking that your Outputs do not infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights before you sell them.
• PressRun, its software, branding and design remain our property. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to operate and improve the Service.

8. No earnings guarantee; marketplace risk

We make no promise that you will make sales or earn income. Marketplaces can change their rules, search ranking or fees, and can suspend or close shops. We are not liable for any such action taken against your shop or account.

9. Third-party integrations and your shop

You must review every listing, price, image and description before it is published. You are responsible for anything published to your shop through the Service, including errors in listings we drafted for you.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the Service in breach of any law or platform policy;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except where the law allows;
• resell, sublicense or share your account without our written consent.

Breaching this section may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, sales, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GULI Shots LTD against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your shop, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 8 and 12–18) will survive.

16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

18. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale.
• No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

19. Non-affiliation notice

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Gelato and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners.
